This is the 13 SEER High Efficiency Air Conditioner. It is a five ton unit for cooling up to 3600 square feet of living space. With a 3800 square foot house, you might think that this unit is over capacity. However, we have found the unit to be more than adequate, because of the energy-efficient, weather-proof insulation, inside the home's walls and attic.
